I have working with an online filmmaker friend of mine, Will Moore, doing a new project. It is for a new movie, Cowboy Smoke, which should be filmed this spring/summer. He is posting production notes with updates sent via email automatically. So, sign up for the newsletter to learn more about what it takes to produce a movie. Cast and crew will be posting as well when filming begins. Check out the scouting location photos, online cowboy game, cast and crew, etc…

The Apprentice

Sunday, May 15th, 2005

I watch the television show “The Apprentice“. The last show really left people hanging. There are two woman left. One named Tana and the other is Kendra.

I have seen some good and bad things both have done in their previous tasks. I was rooting for Tana.  She’s a mom just like me. However, during the last task I didn’t like the way she treated her fellow employees by talking behind their backs to other staff members that she hardly knew. I also didn’t like how she didn’t check the flyers which she stated were one of the most important things for the event. The mayor was disappointed that the American Flag wasn’t available for him to use. That is super important when all of the other country flags are present. BTW, need a new American Flag? Click here to get one free!

It looks like Kendra pulled off her event wonderfully in the end. She was even offered a job from someone involved in the event. I still have the last task in mind when Tana and Kendra worked together to get the car brochure created. Kendra created an incredible piece of work. The others went to bed early even knowing that this task was important. Kendra created the brochure by herself.

It’s Book Smarts against Street Smarts. The theme is what got my attention to watch this season. I was not really interested in the show before. I have two years of college myself and have learned all I know to succeed on the internet through “Street Smarts”. So, I would root for the “Street Smarts” team, however, I have mixed feelings of who should get the job out of these two finalists. What are your thoughts?…

You can read other people’s ideas and vote on whether you agree with their idea or not.  The website is called Betterif .  If you don’t see a topic that you want to place an idea under, click on the main category, then click in the bottom left hand area to “Create Topic”

I posted an idea under the topic of computers…
